Admission Process
o Admission forms must be filled out completely and accurately
o Fees must be paid by the specified due date. Late payment will attract penalties as per school policy
o Submission of required documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Photo, etc.)
o Age eligibility as per CBSE guidelines:
- Pre-primary: 2.5 –5 years
- Grade 1: Minimum 5 years
School Timings
o Adherence to school timings is mandatory
- Pre-primary : 8:45 AM to 11:45 AM
- Primary : 10:45 AM – 3:30 PM
o Late arrivals are discouraged unless there is prior approval
Attendance
o A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion to the next class
o Parents must inform the school about prolonged absences in writing
Uniform
o Students must wear the prescribed uniform
o Neatness and cleanliness of uniform are mandatory
Classroom Conduct
o Active participation and attentiveness in class are expected
o Use of mobile phones and gadgets is prohibited unless allowed for specific purposes
Care for School Property
o Damaging school property will lead to penalties
o Books, furniture, and other resources must be handled with care
o Students must follow the transport rules, if avail. Pupils should not litter in the school campus
Code of Conduct for Parents
o Parents must maintain decorum while interacting with school staffs
o Queries or grievances should be addressed through the proper channels
Homework, Examinations and Performance Evauation
o Timely submission of homework and assignments is expected
o Plagiarism or copying will not be tolerated
o Students must attend all exams unless excused for medical reasons
o Cheating or unfair practices will lead to disciplinary action
o Continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) will be followed
o Regular feedback will be shared with parents
Health and Safety Rules
o Up-to-date medical records of each student must be provided
o Parents must notify the school of any allergies or medical conditions
o Students should maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
o Parents will be notified immediately in case of an emergency
